ICWC Bulletins are prepared and issued in Russian and English as an official quarterly ICWC publication. They contain official documents and information on the actions of regional and national organizations working in the field of water resources and irrigated land management and development (agreements, protocols, official review, communique).

Bulletin in English is sent to foreign organizations, bulletin in Russian is sent to ICWC bodies through SIC ICWC branches and MAWRs as well as by e-mail.
